Atunci cand va simtiti doborat, stiti ca puteti schimba starea situatiei intr-o clipa?

Ascultati o muzica placuta sau incepeti sa cantati – asta va va schimba emotiile.

Sau ganditi-va la un copilas sau la cineva pe care il iubiti cu adevarat ( o persoana sau chiar un  animal)  si staruiti asupra acelui gand. Pastrati acel gand in minte. Impiedicati alt gand sa-i ia locul.

Va garantez ca veti incepe sa va simtiti mai bine.
